Duplex Penthouse Park Avenue

Located in a brand-new building on the Upper East Side.

The well-known designer, Roric Tobin, was in charge of this project. He trusted Decorfin’s services, as he has done for many years, to bring life and luxury to the walls of this fabulous staircase.

The texture he chose was the Notti Waterfall, tinted with a warm yellow and a touch of gold that gave the finish some needed depth for these large walls (20 ft high).
